L + P’s Room Tour

It’s safe to say that I am obsessed with how the girl’s room turned out. It is a simple, neutral look with some flares of girly fun. I will try to link everything I used to create their room in this post but if there is something I missed please feel free to reach out!

I looked at Pinterest for a long time before finally deciding which look I was going for. I knew I wanted something “accent” on the wall but could decide between wallpaper and decals. I always loved the way wallpaper looked but didn’t want to pay the price it cost. So, I found these adorable vinyl wall decals from Loomwell instead. The decals created the exact look I was going for! They have several options for both wallpaper and decals so you can chose what look works best for your budget. They were easy to apply (I did them myself!) and they are the perfect size. Also, very reasonably priced. I have to order the bottom row because I miscalculated so make sure you measure! I received some questions about these custom wooden name signs! I just LOVE them. I bought these from Knox and Navy. There are several companies that sell these but this mama owned company did a fabulous job and was great at communicating with me on what my vision was. I kept the color scheme simple because I wanted it to be used for the years to come. You can’t tell the coloring by the photo but it is a combo of ivory and blush. I highly recommend them, although you do have to add your own hanging mounts to the back. I was surprised they didn’t come with it but my husband is handy and was able to add them.

The twin bed frame I ordered for Lennox is from Target but it is showing out of stock for the white option. Here are a couple of other links I found that are the exact same bed, colors vary.

Parx’s Crib is from Target and it is on major SALE! There are so many great options out there with this modern mid-century look. We went with white and natural wood which fit this room perfectly. Here are some other adorable options to check out too!

Bedding is from Target, found on clearance. They no longer have it available so I linked one similar to this. Also check out Loomwell for some really cute toddler and twin comforter options.

Parx’s crib sheet is from Mebie Baby. The absolute sweetest crib sheets and muslin blankets. I love the earth tones and the rust color to bring this room together. I have a few different colors and I love them all. They are so soft! Made out of 100% muslin cotton fabric. Sign up for the emails and receive 10% off. Rug is from Overstock.com but I do not recommend it because it sheds very easily. For the price, I would not purchase again.

After I got the big stuff out of the way, I tried to focus on the minor details. Bookshelves and wall hangings. I have more that needs to be done but wanted to share what I have done so far. I got the bookshelves from Ikea, natural wood color, perfect for filling the small space between bed and storage shelf. The shelves were so easy to put together- I did them myself! Not to mention, they’re only $15 each, you can’t beat the price. I also just ordered her some new darling books so I will update those when they come in. I will also change the books as holidays come around to go with the theme.

I ordered three of these bookshelves but really only liked the two of them together. When I added the third it looked too crowded so I used it as a picture shelf instead. I ordered prints from my favorite Etsy shop and put them into frames that I already had at the house. So easy, cheap and adorable. These will also be changed out with the holiday seasons with some themed garland or other accessory. I added some greenery for now until the next holiday comes around! The rattan flower mirrors are from Target dollar spot! Not sure if they are still available but I know they have similar options. Or even try Hobby Lobby!

If I can think of more things to add I will update this post! For now, that’s all I’ve got! If you have any questions let me know and I would be happy to help! Here are a couple more shots from the room and these cute girls! Enjoy and thanks for reading!

Love ya,
